- Panic! At the Disco’s former bassist
- He is currently pursuing legal action against his former bandmates for his percentage from “A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out”, though the rest of the band says that he didn’t write or recorded any of the bass parts.
- Failed to show up for a performance at KROQ-FM’s Weenie Roast concert for 15,000 people in May 2006.
- Was fired from the band for not taking things too seriously and for only being along for the ride.
- Replaced by Jon Walker.
